The state of the local economy can be debated in one way or another, depending on which side of the tracks you stand. Whichever side you choose, The Orlando Employment Guide has been a steady source of hope for Central Florida, giving hope to over 1,600 job seekers who have found employment through their job fair series in 2009 alone. On Tuesday, September 22nd, they plan to do it all over again.

The Plaza Theatre will be the venue to find over 30 local companies who are looking for job seekers of all ages, skills and experience to join their team and start contributing to their success immediately. Are you the next person who can walk away with a new career?

In addition to putting Central Florida back to work, the Orlando Employment Guide is hosting employment sessions that will include “Advanced Online Job Searching,” “Building a Personal Brand through Social Media” and “Managing Your Finances While Juggling Jobs.” There sessions are geared to educate the local community with strategies and tips to focus their job search and move them ahead of the competition and are free to attend as well
This opportunity for networking, education and talking with hiring companies is free for all local job seekers and there is plenty of parking for all.
